Coaching plans & pricing · Gilbert, AZ

Where do you want your game to be a year from now?

This page lays out how coaching works after your first session, what each option costs and how golfers usually decide, so you can figure out what fits. Some golfers take one lesson at a time, and that's fine too.

✓ Our promise

If it isn't helping you, we'll make it right

Show up and do the work. If your game isn't moving, we'll rework your plan with you. If it's still not the right fit, we'll make it right. We only want to be paid for coaching that's actually helping you.

Applies to every package and plan.

Worth thinking about first

Four questions before you look at prices

There are no wrong answers. Your answers point to the right option below, and if you're not sure, you and Austin can sort it out together at your next session.

Where's your game right now, honestly?

Your usual score, your most common miss, the part of your game that costs you the most strokes.

Where would you like it to be?

Next season, or a year from now. A number, a course you want to break, a match you'd like to win.

When a lesson clicked before, how long did it last?

A round? A week? If it faded, it's worth knowing why. That's the part most golfers never get help with.

What would it mean to trust your swing on the first tee?

Less thinking over the ball, fewer blow-up holes, more enjoying the round with the people you play with.

Why changes fade

One lesson finds your swing. The next few make it stick.

In a lesson, you hit the same club at the same target, with a coach watching every swing. The change takes. Then Saturday comes: a different club every shot, an uneven lie, a group behind you, and one bad swing in your head. That's where most swing changes quietly fall apart. Not because the change was wrong, but because it was never trained for that test.

To be straight with you: a new swing is fragile at first. Your body has made the old move thousands of times and the new one a few dozen. For some golfers it clicks on day one. For most, the first couple of rounds feel strange. That's normal, and it's what the next sessions are for.

"I had a hard time implementing the change the first couple lessons, but Austin stuck with me until it started to click. Now my swing is getting more repeatable each time out."

Pete Waldo, Google review

"My golf game is typically a process of 2 steps forward and one step back; the lesson subscription has given me more chances of improving and maintaining those improvements."

What every option trains

Not just the full swing. The complete golfer.

You don't get one isolated fix, and you don't get a generic program. Every session starts with how your body moves and works outward to what your game needs most: full swing, short game, putting, shaping shots, the course and how you think your way around it.

Each piece is built to fit the ones around it. Longer plans don't add different things to learn. They take the same connected game deeper, until it holds up without you thinking about it.

Month one

Take it to the course

Choose two, three or four sessions, or go one lesson at a time. Every session comes with video analysis, personalized drills, a session recap and the recording to take home. Use your sessions within 90 days; Practice Vault access runs for 30 days from your first session.

Par

2 hours · 2 sessions

$450$225 / session

Find your swing pattern and start the change. A good start if you'd like to see the difference before committing to more.

Video analysis · personalized drills · session recap · video recording · 30 days of Practice Vault

Most popular

Birdie

3 hours · 3 sessions

$675$225 / session

Enough time to build the change, test it on simulated holes, and adjust what the course shows you. Usually where it starts to feel like your swing.

Video analysis · personalized drills · session recap · video recording · 30 days of Practice Vault

Eagle

4 hours · 4 sessions

$850$212.50 / session

The full path, from building the swing to playing simulated rounds with it. For the golfer who wants the change to last, not just to start.

Video analysis · personalized drills · session recap · video recording · 30 days of Practice Vault

Prefer one lesson at a time? Single lessons are $250 an hour, no package needed.
Packages bring that to $225 a session (Par, Birdie) or $212.50 (Eagle).

Where it happens: every session is indoors, on the mat, on TrackMan. Simulated courses give you real holes and real numbers without leaving the bay. Outdoor playing lessons come later, once the swing is ready for them, usually around month three.

3-month plan

Foundation

Built to hold up

2, 3 or 4 sessions a month (Par, Birdie or Eagle)

Best for

The golfer ready to build a real, repeatable swing and putting stroke, then prove it holds up in real rounds. Not a quick fix: the foundation everything else builds on.

The build

Month 1Build the swing, full bag, short game and putting from the start, plus a TPI and swing baseline
Month 2Randomized practice and full holes across different simulated courses
Month 3Full simulated rounds, TPI screening and swing retest against month one. First outdoor playing lesson if you're ready

Expect

  • Around 3 strokes off your average; most players land near a stroke a month
  • A swing and putting stroke that hold up in real rounds, not just on the range
  • A retest in month three that shows you, on video and in numbers, what changed

What it feels like

Saturday's first tee shot looks like your range swing. You stop wondering which swing showed up today and start playing the round in front of you.

6-month plan

Development

Built to score

2, 3 or 4 sessions a month (Par, Birdie or Eagle)

Best for

The beginner who wants to start on the right foundation instead of fixing bad habits later, or the solid everyday golfer who's decided scratch is the actual goal. Built to hold up across a full round, different courses and casual competitive pressure.

The build

Months 1–3The full Foundation arc: swing and putting built and proven on simulated rounds
Months 4–6Shot shaping, a full short game and putting system, and wind play

Expect

  • Around 6 strokes off your average over the six months; that's where most players land
  • The same game showing up on a course you've never played, or tired on the back nine

What it feels like

You can hit the shot the hole asks for, a fade off the tee, a knockdown into the wind, instead of hoping your one shot fits. You play to win the match, not just to get around.

Your price, in monthly installments

Par · 2 a month$360/ month
Birdie · 3 a month$540/ month

12-month plan

Performance

Built for pressure

2, 3 or 4 sessions a month (Par, Birdie or Eagle)

Best for

The competitive player with a target: tournament results, a lower index for qualifying, a real shot at playing in college. Everything has to hold up under real pressure, not just on a good day.

The build

Months 1–6The full Foundation and Development arc
Months 7–12Course strategy, pressure training and tournament prep

Expect

  • Continued progress, with gains showing up as much in tournament consistency as in average score
  • Full command of the bag under pressure, not just in practice

What it feels like

A tournament first tee, a card in your pocket, and a swing you don't have to think about. You trust it when it counts most.

Your price, in monthly installments

Par · 2 a month$337.50/ month

Not sure which fits?

That's normal. Talk it through.

Most golfers aren't sure until they've talked it through. Bring your answers to the four questions to your next session, or text Austin, and you'll work out together what makes sense for your game, including whether a plan makes sense at all.
